Joel A. Brenner, Esq.

After graduating from New York University School of Law in 1966, Mr. Brenner worked as a staff attorney in the Appeals Bureau of the Legal Aid Society, then as Chief Law Clerk to Presiding Justice Samuel Rabin at the Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Second Department, before going into private practice.

Mr. Brenner was also an adjunct Professor of Law at Hofstra Law School where he taught Appellate Litigation.

For more than 40 years, Mr. Brenner has been arguing appeals and post-conviction motions of all sorts on behalf of the convicted in both State and Federal courts throughout the United States. He has perfected hundreds of appeals and motions for relief, and has been successful for many of his clients.

Mr. Brenner and his wife Susan enjoy yoga, reading and fine dining.
